Eligible Items

• Products must be new and unused to qualify for a return.

• We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window.

Return Method & Cost

• Returns can be made by mail or in store.

• We provide a prepaid return label free of charge.

Restocking Fees

• There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping Policy:

For online www.getplantsource.com purchases, Plantsource offers ground shipping & handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00 (before tax and after any discounts) free of shipping rates. Ground shipping & handling generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery at destination (weekend and holidays excluded). 

On orders less than $75.00 within the U.S., shipping and handling is a flat rate of $8.50 (economy rate).

Expedite Shipping: online orders may be expedited using “standard” and “expressed delivery” shipping.  For additional information and rates please review the “shipping options” available on the ordering portal or please contact customer support 

Seltzer and other bulk matters may incur a bulk shipping charge.  All shipping rates are subject to change.
