5. Web Beacons
Our third-party advertising partners employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

For online (www.plantsouce.com) purchases, Plantsource offers ground shipping & handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00 (before tax and after any discounts) free of shipping rates. Ground shipping & handling generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery at destination (weekend and holidays excluded). 

On orders less than $75.00 within the U.S., shipping and handling is a flat rate of $8.00 (economy rate).

Expedite Shipping: online orders may be expedited using “standard” and “expressed delivery” shipping.  For additional information and rates please review the “shipping options” available on the ordering portal or please contact Customer Support.

Seltzer and other bulk matters do not qualify for free shipping and handling.  All shipping rates are subject to change.

CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT 
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) (“Act”) went into effect in the state of California on Jan. 1, 2012. The Act seeks the elimination of slavery and human trafficking from product supply chains and requires that companies disclose their efforts to ensure that their supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

Plantsource, Inc. obligates its vendors by contract to comply with all applicable laws, including safety, labor and employment laws, as well as our Vendor Code of Conduct. Plantsource, Inc.’s Vendor Code of Conduct states as follows:

Vendors shall not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, trafficked, slave or prison labor. All work must be voluntary and workers shall be free to leave work or terminate their employment with reasonable notice. All workers must not be required to surrender any government-issued identification, passports or work permits as a condition of employment. Plantsource, Inc. reserves the right to verify our vendors’ compliance with our Vendor Code of Conduct. Plantsource, Inc. confirms compliance with Plantsource, Inc.’s Vendor Code of Conduct through various methods, including third-party certifications and unannounced, on-site audits of vendors by an independent party.

In the event that Plantsource, Inc. becomes aware of any actions or conditions not in compliance with our Code of Conduct, Plantsource, Inc. reserves the right to demand corrective measures. Plantsource, Inc. also reserves the right to terminate an agreement with any vendor who does not comply with Plantsource, Inc.’s Vendor Code of Conduct and to secure any and all other rights and remedies available to Plantsource, Inc.’s.

Additionally, all employees must acknowledge and adhere to Plantsource, Inc.’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Plantsource Inc.’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics includes a requirement to comply with all applicable domestic or foreign governmental laws, rules and regulations and compels all Plantsource, Inc.’s employees who have information or knowledge of any actual or contemplated transaction that violates Plantsource, Inc.’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to report the matter. Failure of Plantsource, Inc. employees to comply with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics may of handbook result in disciplinary action.

Plantsource, Inc. conducts periodic internal training on Plantsource, Inc.’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to ensure that we provide our employees with standard and guidance for conducting business ethically and with integrity. Sunflora, Inc. also provides internal training of our supply chain management to ensure that they are aware of the issues relating to human trafficking and slavery and how to mitigate such risks.
